It is currently on trial base period that means you cannot sign up for Google + until you get an invitation from a user already on Google+.Let's look at some of the features of this new social site and some interactive changes compared to other social sites.

There are some people whom you know by name and you want to Add them to your accounts but don't want    
to share with them your status, updates or personal information but they reach to that on Facebook and Twitter but on Google+ you have your own circles for friends, family and Acquaintances  and you can also create your own circles inside your account and then when you will post or share something into your Account then you have an option to select from your circles to share.Plus, if you are still in doubt  then you can view your profile as your friends by simply typing your friend's name  on the upper-right toolbar.

When you want to have a video chat with friends online, you go to Skype or Google talk but, Hey! then what for social sites are just chatting!.Well, guys on Google+ you can have a video chat with ten people at same time, Amazing huh?.To start a hangout you just need to click on "Start a Hangout" and here you are talking with your friends online.
